Logging In and Accounts
You can log in to the web application by navigating to https://ai-school-pro.web.app within a modern browser.
Layout and menu
Navigation through the app takes place using buttons in the menu. After logging in, the layout is always the same: there is a top taskbar with buttons. On larger screens, buttons are available at the top of the taskbar. These buttons disappear for the most part when the application is viewed on a phone. On the left side of the logo is a hamburger icon. If you click it, the menu buttons appear in the side menu.
Home Screen
Directly after logging in, you'll arrive at the home screen of AI-School.
Guides
On the AI-School home screen, you will find the Guides panel on the right. A guide is a short tour: it points out buttons one by one and explains what you can do with them. New users see Getting started with AI-School highlighted until they have opened that guide.
Text to Image
With Text to Image you can create images directly from the dashboard based on a description. This is a direct input mode and does not work via the automatic tool selection in the chat.
Text to Audio
With Text to Audio, you convert text into an audio file. This is useful for scripts, explainer videos, listening material, read-aloud texts, and language education.
Set Theme
AI-School supports setting a light and dark theme.
Set Preferences
If you have worked in the application for some time, you will probably have developed a preference for certain settings. You can configure these preferences on the Preferences page.
Views and visibility
AI-School adapts the application to your role, your environment, and your personal settings. As a result, you may not see a button, model, tool, or integration that someone else does see.
Switching to AI-School
Are you switching from another AI system to AI-School? Then you usually can’t automatically bring over conversations, memory, gems, assistants, or custom GPTs. Some systems do offer an export, but that sometimes takes a while and is not directly suitable as an import for AI-School.
Mobile app
AI-School is also available as a mobile app. The app is optimized for use on tablets, phones, and small laptops, making it easier to open and use AI-School across different devices.
iPhone and iPad app (test version)
App Store: Coming soon.
Android app
AI-School has its own app for Android phones, tablets and Chromebooks. You install it for free through Google Play. Anyone with an AI-School account can use the app. The app is available in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Prompt engineering
Prompt Engineering simply means asking good questions to the AI. A prompt is your input with your question or request.
Demo invitation
A demo lasts 30 days per customer. HandiHow creates the demo in the CRM, on the relation. The customer then gets its own school or organization in the demo environment.
Group chat
A teacher creates a separate chat with a name, an activity and one or more groups from the same school. Teachers open Groups, select a group and open Group chat. Only the teacher who created a chat manages and reads it; other teachers and administrators do not automatically have access. Start a new chat for another activity to keep its history separate.
