Assistants, lessons, and workflows
AI-School uses the same Angular Material structure for assistants, lessons, and workflows. Cards are outlined, card content starts on one fixed left alignment, and the compact action buttons all have the same height. Even in dark theme, borders, icons, and text remain clearly recognizable.
Using the overview
- Use the filter icons to show everything, favorites, your own items, shared items, or organization items.
- Create collections and drag cards or entire collections with the handle on the left. A collapsed collection remains collapsed in this browser.
- A card shows title, short description, relevant attributes, modified date, and a compact action row.
- Open Manage for details, sharing, and — if you are the owner — editing or deleting.
Assistants
Choose Create assistant with AI for a guided intake or Set up an assistant yourself to configure all settings manually. On the card, the chat counter shows only your own conversations; that counter is clickable. In Details, the sharing destinations and aggregated usage by others are shown separately. Other people’s conversations can never be viewed.
Lessons
Lessons are only available in AI-School and only for employees with teacher status. Choose Create lesson with AI for a short guided intake or Set up a lesson yourself for the full structure with subject, level, lesson duration, learning objective, teaching method, closing, summary, practice tips, materials, and AI lesson instructions.
Teachers can place lessons in collections, share them, test them, and manage them. A student only sees shared and visible lessons and gets Start, without management or detail functions. The card date is the last modified date; if the lesson has not been modified yet, the creation date is used.
Workflows
Under Workflow assistants, sample workflows and custom workflows are shown in the same card layout. Create a new workflow with New workflow in the card at the top. A custom workflow can be managed and edited. A workflow from someone else must first be copied before you can adapt it. Via Manage, you can see the creator, status, version, and usage counter, among other things.
Use New collection to sort workflows into personal collections; drag a card into a collection or choose Manage › Move to collection. Only you see this arrangement: ownership and sharing do not change, and deleting a collection does not delete any workflows.
