Creating documents

With Text to document you can create a document from the chat. Choose a free document when the AI may design the layout in HTML and CSS, or choose a document template when a Word template with fillable fields has been configured.

Free document

Free documents are saved as versions in the chat. You can return to an earlier version, annotate parts of the document, add files to the prompt and export the result as PDF. Settings such as document or presentation, portrait or landscape, logo position, logo size and style can be chosen manually or inferred by the AI.

Document templates

When a template is selected, the right side shows a SurveyJS form instead of a document preview. The AI fills known fields from the prompt and attached files. You can check and change all fields before generating an editable Word document.

Adding files

Useful attachments include meeting recordings, PDFs, existing Word documents and images. This makes it possible to create minutes, letters or reports directly from source material.

Reserved fields and privacy

Reserved tags such as {naam_organisatie}, {naam_school}, {naam_vestiging}, {naam_account}, {email_account} and {functie_account} are filled locally by the application. These personal or organisational details are not sent to the language model.

Downloadable files in ordinary chat

Ask for a Word document, PDF or PowerPoint in an ordinary chat. The document uses the available conversation and your latest corrections. Explicitly ask to preserve any existing text that must stay unchanged. Configured context and privacy limits still apply.

The document card below the answer shows progress and then Open. This opens the existing preview, where you can download the file. You can download the same file again without generating it again. If a download fails, retry it. The existing export button remains available to export a selected answer or conversation manually, with a choice to include the header.

Word, PDF and PowerPoint (.pptx) previews are displayed inside the app, including private files. Use Previous and Next to browse PDF pages or PowerPoint slides; when the preview has focus, Page Up, Page Down, Home and End also work. Download saves the original file. If loading fails, choose Try again.

PDF / PowerPoint: Zoom in / Zoom out (50–300%).

In the mobile app, open the same document card. Use the zoom buttons for small text. On iOS and Android, Download opens your device’s share/save sheet; choose the desired app or save location there. Back returns you to the original conversation.
